Today EAGLE HILLS is hiring a Development manager:
- Responsible to lead development activities for assigned project/products (phase, masterplan) with the aim of exploiting the development opportunities in the most profitable manner in alignment with Eagle Hill’s standards and design guidelines.
- Responsible to drive the multi-disciplinary coordination between all the necessary departments to ensure that products concept/design are converted into successful commercial assets.
- Ensure that development activities are carried out efficiently and according to plan, meeting market demands and maximizing value/profits.
Profil :
Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the development of country’s strategy and of targeted financial returns
- Plan and manage the development lifecycle in alignment with Eagle Hill’s standards
- Project reporting
- Internal stakeholder management
- External stakeholder management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Real Estate Development
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Economic discipline an asset
Preferred Experience:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in a real estate development role
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a management role
Job Specific Skills:
- Excellent understanding of property market dynamics such as market conditions, market valuation, leasing procedures, and risk management in a development context
- Skilled in project management, design cost estimation analysis, architecture best practice, design and master planning, quality assurance, etc.
- Good commercial and business acumen, with experience in delivery of commercially viable products
