For our plant in Fes, we are looking for an Operation Analyst.
The Operation Analys will be responsible for providing operations with financial analysis and forecast and ensuring process optimization.
Principal Accountabilities:
50% - Control and fiduciaries activities
§ Leads manufacturing yield analysis and operational metrics.
§ Responsable de l’analyse des rendements et des indicateurs de performance de production.
§ Work with Operation Managers to improve inventory accuracy (cycle counting, planned cut-off)
§ Contribue à la fiabilisation des stocks et pilote les inventaires tournants et points zero en collaboration avec les managers de production.
§ Month end activities: fixed asset, forex, usgaap ledger, inventory valuation.
§ Assure les activités de clôtures : forex, comptabilité US, valorisation des inventaires.
§ Account Receivable management.
§ Comptabilité client.
30% - Process optimization
§ Works on costing report optimization (reliability, consistency with management report, automation).
§ Contribue à l’optimisation des etudes/rapports de couts et en assure la fiabilité et la cohérence.
§ Implement process to provide reliable production costs forecast (finance tag for local S&OP process).
§ Met en place des procédures et une organisation qui permet de fournir des previsions de couts fiables.
§ Optimize month end processes (reliable cost report in due time, consistency between Management and Corporate report)
§ Contribue à la fiabilisation des procédures et reportingde fin de mois,assure l’alignement des reporting Business Unit vs Cargill Corporate.
20% - Operation analytical
§ Reports and analyze variable costs impact on gross margin.
§ Analyse l’impact des couts variables sur la marge brute de l’entreprise.
§ Provide support to supply chain and manufacturing process optimization.
§ Fournit un support efficace à la chaine logistique et à l’optimisation des processus de fabrication

Profil :
§ Accounting or Business degree; / BAC +4 in accounting
§ Knowledge of production accounting / Connaissances de la comptabilité de production
§ Knowledge of SAP / Connaissance de SAP
§ Advanced knowledge of Excel / Connaissancesavancéessur Excel
§ Good Arabic, French and English / bon niveau d’Arabe, de Français et d’Anglais
§ Min. 3 to 5 yearsexperience in Plant acct / audit. / minimum 3 à 5 années d’expérience en contrôle de gestion industrielle ou audit.
§ Provenanalytical, technical and problemsolvingskills / competences techniques, analytiques fortes et perseverance dans laresolution des problèmes
§ Strong collaboration skills / fortes capacites de collaboration.
