Dans le cadre du développement de notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Technico-Commercial Formateur Dispositifs Médicaux pour renforcer l'équipe.

RESPONSABILITES :

CLINICAL TRAINING AND EDUCATION :

• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, to ensure proper use and optimal outcomes with our medical devices.
• Therapy Awareness and Adoption through conducting CMEs, workshops, nursing awareness programs.
• Develop educational materials and resources, such as user manuals, training videos, and case studies, to support customer learning and proficiency.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders within assigned territories.
• Various engagement activities including scientific discussions, RTMs, Meetings with KOLs, technical approval for new or existing brands.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to identify unmet needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
• Manage product related issues and claims from Hospitals / end users.

CLINICAL SUPPORT :

• Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, providing clinical expertise and guidance on product features and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and escalate complex clinical concerns as needed.

Profil :

• FORMATION : B. Sc (Nursing)/ Diploma in General Nursing.
• EXPERIENCE : 8-10 Years experience as Infection control / Nursing Training / Nurse educator role in Medical Disposables Organization/ Hospital.
• Compétences techniques et comportementales:
• Excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire others through dynamic and interactive training sessions
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, with the ability to effectively communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, conferences, and clinical study locations as needed
• English is required
