A prestigious hotel in the British Virgin Islands is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead and optimize all technical and maintenance operations within the property.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and optimize all technical services (preventive and corrective maintenance, energy management, equipment safety).
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance of all installations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing technical team.
• Actively contribute to the hotel’s sustainability and energy efficiency strategy.
• Manage the technical budget and oversee relationships with external service providers.

Profil :

• Technical education (Engineering, Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, or similar).
• Proven experience as Chief Engineer / Technical Director in a luxury hospitality environment or a comparable structure.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English.
