Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client, leader dans le secteur, un HR Operations Specialist 

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding HR policies, benefits, and HR systems (such as Workday).
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure accuracy of employee information.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise for escalations and issue resolution.
• Support HR program implementation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and data integrity.
• Create and update materials for the HR self-service portal.
• Manage case handling through multiple contact channels with efficiency and professionalism.

Profil :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR operational services and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication abilities
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
