A Multinational company is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to accompany the company’s growth in Morocco & West Africa.

Job Purpose:

The delivery of high quality HR Services, where the activities include employee relations, recruiting, benefits, on-boarding, payroll, organizational development, training, and record keeping support.

This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the recruitments processes
  • Conducts new employees orientation
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews
  • Insure full compliance and implementation of HR policies & procedures (e.g. fair employment practices)
  • Ensure assigned HR administrative responsibilities and tasks are executed accurately and timely (e.g. hiring, trainings, job status changes)
  • Advise managers and supervisor on day-to-day human resources issues.
  • Assist managers and supervisors on coaching and performance improvement plans as well as disciplinary actions
  • Investigate employee concerns or complaints
  • Prepares various HR related reports.
  • Ensures all payroll activity is submitted to the Finance Manager for timely payroll processing.
  • Conducts various training programs.
  • Ensures up-to-date procedural documentation of assigned processes and procedures
  • Works closely with various levels of management on employee communication issues and concerns;
  • Recommends strategies and programs to increase employee satisfaction
  • Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of the Human Resources processes.

Profil :

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Equivalent
  • Minimum 4 year experience in the same position
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent Command of English & French. (written and spoken)
  • A considerable degree of tact, initiative, confidentiality and discretion.

  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines;
  • Confident, persistent and meticulous;
