As part of our client’s devlopment stategy, we are looking for a Chef de projet ingénierie

Mission :

Erform , control the exchange doc relative to the project deliverables:

Consolidates all detailed PPP into one Detailed PPP with the Planned timing of each production preparation activity for all customer trial builts and for Mass Production.
Maintain team member clear communication on project timing and deliverables.
Puts in place corrective actions for any deviation in project timing,quality or cost.
Completes Launch Readiness Assessment Report in a monthly basis.
Coordinate the projects in accordance with GPMS standard.
Compiles 4M status in a weekly basis with corrective actions.
Organises weekly project meeting with cross functional team.
Interfaces with BU for all project related items.
Project risks assesment & lessons learned monitoring.
Communicate the customer requirements or expectations to the team & ensure its respect.
Coordinates Obeya room activities.

Following the GPMS procedure:

Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports required for functional reviews.
Leads the implementation of the project standard inspired by GPMS

Continuos improvements :

Installs, develop & support team spirit.
Contributes actively to the SOP expectation in line with QCD targets
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards:
Ensures the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of YEL/YMOK procedures, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S
Ensures the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)
