As part of its development, our client is recruiting a Plant Logistic Manager
Purpose of position:
- To maximize the profitability of the Plant
Main Activities/responsibilities:
- Support the Plant manager to define working capital budget and guarantee the fulfillment;
- Manage Customer orders program for short and long terms;
- Define the monthly production plan cooperating with Plant Manager;
- Collaborate with Purchasing to define budget;
- Manage the Supply Chain defining material planning according to the production plan;
- Monitoring budget/balance gap of working capital and inflation;
- Monitor and check the warehouse stock level according to the target assigned;
- Manage the suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing buyers and sourcing;
- Motivate, organize and encourage the teamwork to ensure the achievement of objectives;
- Evaluate the training needs of the team;
- Guarantee the Safety and Environment Rules
