Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recrute un Quality lab & Metrology specialist.

Purpose of position: to manage quality incoming analysis and to carry out metrology analysis

Main Activities/responsibilities:

• To monitor the compliancy of material used in Shop production
• To engage the supplier in the first level of analysis and securing the production in case of material not compliance
• To open a not conformance ticket to supplier in case of material not compliance
• To verify the effectiveness of corrective action applied by supplier and in case close the ticket.
• To monitor the PDCA status of containment / corrective action at supplier process (8D)
• To support Shop team during Customer visits / audits
• To support the production and technologies in the resolution of non-compliance due to material problem
• To check the updating of component database in order to evaluate the supplier performances
• To follow the introduction of modification in supply;
• To follow the qualification/waiver for new material;
• To follow the batch incoming for the critical part number
• To manage material stopped in control quality area;
• To manage with supplier the return of not compliant material
• To carry out the periodical calibration of instrument tool
• To execute the planning of product measurement and Cp&Cpk control for critical characteristics
• To perform the statistical analysis on measurement equipment according to MSA methodology to be able to prevent deviation
• To share with the team the safety impact of test/measurement equipment on MM Plant Labs
• To support the technical evaluation of best technology
• To assure the ESD management internally of plant
