Description de l'entreprise et du poste :
We are hiring for our client an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager directs and coordinates day to day operations of the facility in an industrial organization. Manages local scheduling and real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Direct & lead plant operations for production and maintenance;
- Monitor employee productivity and optimize procedures to reduce costs;
- Coordinate plant activities to insure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished;
- Manage, coach, and develop leadership staff.
Profil :
- Education: Engineer in mechanical or packaging;
- 8 to 10 years related experience;
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, forecasting, scheduling, real-time operations management and coordination of people and resources.
